What is a PLC Template and why use one? What types of elements make up a template? This example uses elements of my Automation Consulting template, Automation NTH’s template, and the NTH Sweet Machine program I explained in my newest book. The purpose of this template is to provide my next class of Automation NTH interns a good starting point for the week-long exercise.
Among other things, program structure, AOIs, eds files and UDT imports were discussed. There was also a question on encoder setup toward the end of the video.
